The Greeks didn't trust fortune. They painted her blindfolded, spinning a wheel that answered to no one — not virtue, not effort, not deserving. She simply turned, and the world turned with her.
This canvas carries her name for a reason. Epoxy seals the surface into something closer to glass than paint, and glass, unlike canvas, catches light differently depending on where you stand, what time it is, whether the sun has moved since you last looked. The painting doesn't hold still. Neither does luck.
At 250 centimetres, it demands a wall long enough to let that shifting light do its work uninterrupted — a single sweeping gesture that reads differently every time the room around it changes.
